Your responsibilities

Ensure proper functioning of equipment and machinery

Perform maintenance, adjustments, repairs, and diagnostics

Participate in the installation and integration of equipment

Suggest improvements and collaborate with the team and subcontractors
What we’re looking for

DEP (vocational diploma) in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics
-
2 years of relevant experience
-
Knowledge of pneumatics and industrial electricity

Initiative, positive attitude, and computer skills

You will be gradually trained over a period of 2 years to learn how to operate the entire equipment. You can become a class 1, 2 or 3 operator. You will have the choice of your learning path.

As part of your duties, you will assist the assembly, cutting, and receiving/shipping departments. You may be required to prepare various workstations, ensure that materials are available, and also assist with receiving and shipping goods. Essentially, you will be a support and right-hand person to our various departments when needed! Finally, you may be required to lift heavy loads and operate a forklift.

You will have to operate conventional cutting equipment according to customer standards. You will be responsible for setting up your equipment and ensuring the quality of the cut. Once cut, you will have to identify the material, classify it and send it to the assembly department for finalization of the product.
