- Verify and compare material quantities received with purchase orders.
- Verify the quality of materials received, store them properly and enter them into Beesoft.
- Safely maneuver material handling equipment to unload trucks.
- Unload trucks, taking care to place materials in the right place in the plant.
- Plan and carry out tactic inventory.
- Complete and submit Beesoft order tracking by customer to CSR on a daily basis.
- Perform computer entry of receipts.
- Evaluate the quality of products received from subcontractors.
- Ensure efficient inventory management.
- Coordinate receipt of goods.
Quality required
- Knowledge of Office suite
- Experience in receiving goods
- Driver’s license (an asset)
- Ability to read and communicate orally and in writing in French and English (we receive a lot of merchandise from the U.S.)
- Ability to handle weights of around 50 lbs frequently on a daily basis

Main Responsibilities:
- Administer customer networks and provide remote and on-site support.
- Effectively manage team members to provide the best end-user service.
- Support end-users and help them use technology more effectively.
- Basic network administration, including setting up new users, deploying Microsoft Office productivity applications, preparing PCs for deployment using the team he manages.
- Support a variety of network devices and software in enterprise environments.
- Monitor, support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure for operational issues involving failures, degradation and event correlation using a variety of software and hardware monitoring tools.
- Work with internal customers by phone and e-mail to resolve issues.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for all types of IT infrastructure as assigned – hardware, software, telecommunications, business applications, customer connectivity, LAN, WAN and others.
- Sort out the most complex problems, taking corrective action to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
- Act as a technical resource, answering questions from and training less experienced staff.
Education and experience required:
- Technical degree, MCITP CERTIFICATION or similar, or 5 years’ work experience in a Network Administrator-type role with increasing responsibilities
- Experience with multiple software technologies: e.g. Microsoft Windows, Office 365, MS Windows Servers (on-premise and cloud), SQL Server
- Experience with O365 tools
- Experience with HP hardware: laptops, desktops, SAN/NAS devices
- Experience with ibm servers
- Experience troubleshooting network/telecom problems
- Experience with Cisco switches, SonicWall, Ubiquity (Unifier), Fortinet devices desired
- Experience with backup software
- Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal skills
- Strong, proven analytical/problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced bilingualism (French and English) (Bilingualism is required being an international group we have many English-speaking colleagues, customers and suppliers)
