Role Summary
The Project Manager acts as the central point between sales, production, and clients. They oversee full project coordination from kickoff to delivery, ensuring information accuracy, adherence to timelines, and smooth internal communication.
The position begins on-site to ensure full integration into processes and teams. After the onboarding period, a hybrid model will be offered (3 days in the office).

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and analyze new mandates and orders
- Validate specifications and open project files in the internal system with a project number
- Plan project stages (design, approval, production, delivery)
- Ensure rigorous timeline follow-up
- Maintain complete and up-to-date traceability in the central system
- Coordinate communication between sales, production, and clients
- Obtain required information from various departments
- Proactively communicate updates and issues
- Manage changes and adjustments throughout the project
- Escalate situations requiring quick decisions
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
